MORE ANCHORAGE AREA EVENTS:

August 24-December 9, 2010, Online college cours: Digital Imaging for Photographers and Beginning Photography-Digital! Looking for an intensive class in digital imaging to push you creatively? Want to take both a Photoshop and Digital Camera Class together in the Fall semester? Each class meets on the Internet twice a week with other photographers around the state. Both are introductory classes for an on-line college degree in digital art with a photographic concentration!

Classes meet in "cyberspace" via your own computer and an Internet access. Students must have access to Photoshop CS4 or CS5 for weekly projects. You may work in a nearby university computer lab that is affiliated with the University of Alaska System . If you miss a class, you may listen to the on-line recording and post your work to our Cyberspace Gallery before the next class meeting. Flexible and engaging, join us for a 21st century learning experience!
